General Use and License Agreement License Grant Activezoon Universal Limited Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Smart POS Go software for your business operations in accordance with your selected subscription plan. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported immediately. System Access Access to Smart POS Go is subscription-based. The duration and features available depend on the plan you have purchased (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Once a subscription expires, access may be restricted until renewal. Updates and Maintenance All users are entitled to free lifetime updates as part of their subscription benefits. System maintenance or updates may occasionally result in temporary downtime, which will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Data Ownership and Privacy All data entered by the user (sales, inventory, customers, etc.) remains the sole property of the user. Payment, Support, and Limitation of Liability Subscription and Payment All payments are made in advance based on your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual). Refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscriptions once activated. Technical Support Technical support is available through WhatsApp, Skype, and Live Chat as specified in your subscription plan. Advanced remote support and multi-branch features are exclusive to Professional and Enterprise users. System Misuse You agree not to misuse the system for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. Service Availability While we strive to ensure 99% uptime, Smart POS Go may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Activezoon Universal Limited Company is not liable for any loss of revenue during such periods. Limitation of Liability Activezoon Universal Limited Company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Smart POS Go, including loss of data or business interruption. Termination Either party may terminate the use of Smart POS Go at any time. Upon termination, all user data can be exported or deleted upon written request. Amendments Activezoon Universal Limited Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of any major changes via email or system notification.
